Payment Plans
Plan A: Contracts paid in full before November 30, 2023 receive 5% off dockage rates only if all prior invoices or repair orders are paid in full.
Plan B: $500.00 deposit due by November 30, 2023. Balance due in full by March 31, 2024.
If deposit is not paid by November 30, 2023, and remaining balance is not paid in full by March 31, 2024, your slip will not be reserved and you will be allocated an available slip at the time of full payment.
*Please Note: Boats are measured by LOA, including swim platform. The above rates also apply to boats left on land all year. The marina reserves the right to sublet moorings when vacant. Liveaboards are not permitted. A surcharge may apply if heavy equipment is needed.

ALL CONTRACTS AND FEES WILL BE ARRANGED AND PAID AT THE MIDLAND OFFICE ONLY. PERMITS WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN PAID IN FULL
Plan A: Contracts paid in full before November 30, 2023 receive 5% off dockage rates ONLY IF ALL ACCOUNTS DUE (SERVICE/REPAIR WORK ORDERS) ARE PAID IN FULL.
Plan B: $500.00 deposit due by November 30, 2023. Balance due in full by March 31, 2024.
Outside contractors must be approved by Central Marine Midland before entering marina. If deposit is not paid by November 30, 2023 and/or remaining balance is not paid in full by March 31, 2024, your slip will not be reserved and you will be allocated an available slip at time of payment (IF AVAILABLE)
